Why You Might Need Me
I'm a hands-on product leader. I take ownership, ship fast, and make sure things don't stall.
Own features from idea to launch
Full ownership of initiatives: scoping, prioritization, execution, shipping. Not just specs, actual products.
Turn priorities into shipped products
Translate vision into roadmaps. Manage tradeoffs. Make sure the team builds the right things in the right order.
Unblock the team when things get stuck
Identify bottlenecks, clear blockers, keep momentum. Things don't stall when someone owns the outcome.
Founder-level side quests
The stuff that must happen but doesn't fit anyone's scope. Consider it handled.
I take ownership of the work that slows teams down as they scale, and remove execution load from founders.
What I'm Looking For
Looking for a role where I can take real responsibility and work with people who care about what they're building.
Autonomy and clear priorities are what I need. I'll figure out the rest.
I want to work on products I believe in. Ideally something in Web3, AI, or gaming.
I'm optimizing for learning, ownership, and long-term fit.
About Me

I'm a tech founder and product leader with 10+ years of experience across Web2 and Web3.
I co-founded Blazity, a software studio recognized in Deloitte Tech Fast 50. I've shipped 20+ products (one reached #1 in the App Store), led engineering teams, and built products from zero to tens of thousands of daily users.
Recently, I ported an entire web application to mobile in 8 days using Claude Code. I treat AI as an extreme force multiplier, not a replacement for thinking.
I care more about outcomes than titles. Point me at a problem, I'll own it until it's solved.
I value clarity, direct communication, and calm execution under pressure.
Administrative
Location
I'm based in Warsaw, Poland.
I've worked remotely my entire career, so async work and distributed teams are natural for me.
Happy to travel as needed for team onsites or key meetings.
Contract Type
I'm flexible on contract structure:
- B2B contract via my Polish company,
- Direct employment if required,
- Any other structure you propose.
Payments can be in fiat or crypto, whatever works best.
Start Date
I'm available immediately and can start as soon as needed.
FAQ
Yes. I've worked as COO at Blazity, reporting to the CEO, even though we were both co-founders.
I don't need the spotlight - what I need is alignment and conviction in what I'm building.
I'm looking for deep involvement in a single product, not fragmented advisory work.
I do my best work when fully embedded - with context, ownership, and long-term responsibility.
Success means I've taken real ownership of a meaningful area and measurably reduced execution load.
After ~3 months you should see:
- At least one complex initiative clearly owned and moving forward
- Priorities and tradeoffs in that area are clearer
- Things no longer stall due to lack of ownership
- You spend less time on execution and follow-ups
If after 3 months you don't feel a clear difference - then it's a signal this isn't the right fit.
Very hands-on.
I work directly with the team day-to-day - scoping work, unblocking issues, pushing things to completion.
My default mode is operator, not overseer.
I have a Computer Science background and built software for a decade.
I'm not writing production code anymore, but I'm comfortable at a high technical level:
- Understanding system architecture
- Databases, APIs, integrations
- Technical tradeoffs and constraints
I can reason about solutions, unblock engineers, and translate between product and engineering.
AI is an extreme force multiplier in my workflow, not a replacement for thinking.
I recently ported an entire web application to React Native mobile in 8 days using Claude as a coding partner. That would have taken weeks otherwise.
- I use AI for rapid prototyping and exploring solutions
- For code review and catching edge cases
- For research and synthesizing large amounts of information
- Never for replacing judgment or shipping without understanding
- Semi-professional poker player at 18-21 - taught me probability, risk, and decision-making under pressure
- Started coding at ~15 building World of Warcraft addons
- Considered pro-gaming career in WoW and LoL at 16
- First job was assistant to Game Director at a AAA studio
